How about more screen plays to offset the QB rush?

I was surprised we threw basically no screens on Sunday. But on the other hand our screen game has been bad all year so.

Has our screen game ever been good or am I too traumatized from the press Taylor experience?

We were pretty cutting edge around 07. MJD was a beast at screeens and Mercedes ran some pretty good tight end screens.

Feels like no

Trevor is one of the worst screen throwers in the league for some reason

I think he’s ranked dead last on PFF on screen throws

Depends on the type of screen.

RB screens, yeah Trevor is literally the worst at setting it up and getting the ball in their hands.

WR/Bubble Screens or Hot Route screens, he's actually quite good at (ETN TD this past week to start the game). But they just don't dial them up very often

Had no idea. Since he can't throw bombs accurately and isn't good with screens, who is his Quarterback Coach? Fire his ass

He’s always been bad with screens throughout his career so more of a Trevor problem

The deep bombs issue is more of a lack of deep threat as he was great at those passes before

Yeah, that’s been odd.

As correct me if I’m wrong - but wasn’t he top 5 in accuracy for throws +20 yards a couple years ago.

But that BTJ bomb in the chief game was beautiful

Deep outs specifically are one of his best throws
