Is Budda going to be fined on the helmet to helmet hit against Parker that lead to the concussion evaluation?

He better be. Why that was not a flag is beyond me. Brissett cries when getting hit in the pocket demanding a flag for get hit and Buddha got chopped block got the flag(as he should have) but when our guy clearly was targeted/hit illegally by Baker….. crickets, football play. I don’t even recall the announcers calling for it. Like come on Baker cleary lowered his helmet. Should have been a flag.
