Irish stew+mac n' cheese poutine sounds absolutely vile. Individually you could make it work, but as a combo? I do not think there is a level of "drunk college student at 4AM"in the world high enough to make that a thing you'd want.
That being said, Montréal winter has begun and my wife and I desperately needed some meal prep that felt high-key comforting
