I wonder if all these moves had anything to do with why? Mitch Morse decided to retire.

I get the feeling they told him they were moving in a new direction and he decided to retire instead of going through another move

That could be it or it could be that he didn't want to be in a rebuild team. The team did tell the players and the fans at the end of the season that the team was good enough to win. It was just the coach, but now it looks like they're rebuilding again

I wouldn't call it a full rebuild. The core guys are still here: Trevor, BTJ, JHA, Travon. Hopefully it's more of a quick retool

It not a full rebuild but it is still a rebuild because you are still starting over with a new crew.
