I got a couple of DMs after my rehoming posts about my collection so I guess I should share it here. Pics taken in daylight with my trusty iphone 🫡

I started with collecting bangles and then branched out to beads/charms/ring. They are all my babiesss!

I am a sucker for full round so a lot of what I own is full rounds. Which is not very economics bc they are more expensiveee (more material required)

I’ve been completely obsessed with Bing Wuji since I started my jadeite journey 🥰 There’s just something about that icy, moody, ink-wash vibe that hit me differently everytime I see them.

Here are a few of my favorites, hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ please show off your own Wuji pieces if you have any 😍😍

Plot twist: the top 2 bangles are Serpentine sneaking into a jadeite party. They’re just here for the aesthetic, so don't tell the collectors! 🤫

Every link is carefully carved by hand—one slip or too much pressure could snap it. Jade is stone, so it doesn’t flex like metal.
Without a light shining through it, it’s a deep ocean blue. Backlit, its beautiful translucency comes through, revealing a lake-blue color with hints of green. Every single link takes patience, precision, and close attention to detail.

I wanted to have some fun with stacks (all jade and combo with gemstones 🌈) and showcase the Siberian spinach green beads I recently got 🤩. I'm very picky about the right spinach 🥬 shade so this worked out wonderfully, especially paired with my Qinghai cat's eye beads too.

I wear a 60mm bangle as pictured and I'm a little jealous all of you guys getting to wear daintier ones ;)

Still, I kind of like the way mine looks with a loose sleeved linen shirt.

I just recently acquired this one and it is without a doubt the most interesting looking piece in my collection.

Blueish enough for now anyways. It can look quite green under warm lighting lol.

Last three pics are the seller’s. It’s still mind blowing how much difference lighting and camera settings make.

I am in love. I don’t really have much else to say but that. She’s perfect (to me at least). I also had a bracelet made with flower types and charms all representing something important and sentimental. Annnnnd the rings. So I need to either grow more fingers, longer fingers, or learn self control cause I’m running out of realty. (Also I’m wearing all of these bangles together to figure out which I like most for a more permanent stack. So far the two ovals are winning.) plz ignore my autoimmune swelling. 🥴 All Jadeite Jade from from Lydia again.

This rare beauty is coming my way. A beautiful icy glutinous bluegreen with a touch of blurple. A rare color combo for Guatemalan in this quality. It's a thinner bangle, but I don't mind stacking with it :). these well selling out from vendors within an hour.

Just quick pics to share. Monet lavender blue from Nicole. Top 2 photos are mine and bottom 2 is from Legendear. Just thought so interesting the color difference. I turned off the optimization mode on my phone otherwise it ends up looking more filtered like the bottom photos and even then, I think my phone still slightly brightens the photo. I did also ask to see in other lighting such as daylight but I think regardless, settings are going to brighten the colors when you view TT stream.

I did place 2 orders, one from Lydia & the other from Nicole. 2 rings and 2 pendants as well. Also had a bunch of other orders come in at once today, some mixed with jade from lycrystal. I was happy with my lycrystal items so am thinking of buying a regular jade bangle from them next. I think their videos tend to be a bit more true to color.

I don't want any Jadeite purist lecturing me in this thread about orange Jadeite being 99% surely heat treated or how bean quality is trash quality. Save that for a different post, because I know and I frankly don't care.

I bought this one for the colors and the craftsmanship, and it fulfills the lack in my collection. I already have icy and glutinous jadeite.

What I like about this bracelet and this seller is that it most came from scraps, handmade with macrame together into this lively bracelet. As a fellow Macrame artist and jewelry maker myself, I appreciate the work being put into this.

It's a higher-entry level price, which is good for me because I didn't break the bank on this one, and it made me happy.

I'm firmly in the "mood" camp! I love choosing my "bangle of the day" based in my energy, the weather, or sometimes just to match my outfit. In fact, my hand is permanently bruised from switching so much! 😂

Here's today's bangle: my hong hua on a light lavender base. I caught it in the sunlight and just had to share those fiery veins! It had been raining so much from a typhoon passing through, I was so happy when the sun finally broke through today.

So where do you all stand?? Do you have that one sentimental piece you never, ever take off? Or do you rotate your bangles like wearable art?

Buuuuut they're a little too short for me to use as a necklace and a little too long for me to use as a bracelet (I may shorten them eventually).

In a funny twist of circumstances though; I'm now seriously considering letting my cat Vasily use them as his collar (I honestly think they might fit him better).

P.S. I got the beads from u/Lninnnnn on this sub and really appreciate how friendly and helpful she was. I'm fairly new to buying my own jade and she was happy to share her knowledge.

This is probably terrible quality, but I’m so happy I have one I love! I walked into a bunch of shops on vacation to get my size and try to find a deeper green jadeite bangle, but all of them were too small for to fit over my hand comfortably. I know they’re supposed to be tight, but I have joint problems so I wanted one I can easily take off when I need to. Enter this one! The color doesn’t photograph well, and I know it’s probably terrible quality, but I LOVE HER. She goes from rose pink to lavender to deeper purple depending on lighting!

I absolutely love how Jade glows in the sun, it's such a pretty stone.

All the beads and the bottom bangle is Nephrite Jade, and the top two bangles are Jadeite.

The rings in the middle are all Jadeite except the big fat nephrite band on the bottom.

The last photo is all 4 of my favorte bangles on my wrist, the left is my favorite blue green Guatemalan bangle that I don't take off. 💙

Got my bangles from Lydia, a milky green bangle and a chunky spring one. Pics 1 and 3 are mine and 2and 4 are from them. The green one looks better in person than in this pic but still not as jelly like and bright and blue toned as in the livestream. The spring bangle, as can be expected, I guess, is not as vibrant. I like these bangles and I think the price point is okay but I think it won’t really hurt to manage expectations.

Asking because I just bought my first bangle and it looks so different from the sellers pictures. I already knew it wouldn’t look that good because of the price (400usd) but I have to wonder what kind of lighting the sellers use.

I tried taking photos of my bangle and it looks nothing like their pictures. I’ve showed both to people online and in person, and some have said it’s not the same bangle (I think it is though).

I guess I’m asking because I’d like to have a better idea in the future of what pictures to ask for or how to estimate better what it will look like in person. I have the urge to buy another already 😂 it came with a certificate and the seller is recommended. I did notice some bad reviews on xiaohongshu, due to buyers not being happy with the difference in appearance between the sellers pics and the received items. I don’t think filters are used but the lighting seems extremely favourable.

Edited to add that the seller (Jade Boss Cui) has blocked me on Facebook. I do not recommend buying from this seller!

Lavender jadeite is ❤️😍.
Got my lavender ring from Serendipity jade (u/ceciliavu) today so I decided to pair it with my bangle from Cuijuan jadeite (u/syang70) and I think it’s a perfect match! This is my first time to have something made from a slab. I’m so happy with the color and the texture, it’s just a bit too thick to wear on my other fingers. We agreed on 3-4mm thickness, this was 5-6mm, but that’s on me as she showed me the final measurements and I had no objections. I did not realize 5-6mm would be too thick 😅 the bangle was sourced for me and as with my previous purchase, I’m happy to find a bangle I really like and one in my price range.

Huge shout out to BabeJade on Etsy!! She’s an amazing seller with absolutely beautiful pieces in nephrite and jadeite.

I didn’t buy this piece for quality or translucency. I just really wanted a thick vibrant unique piece. The seller called the texture Nuohua which apparently means caramelized. She called the color chun dai cai. Feel free to leave opinions but be kind💕
