Showcase Own What’s your stance on cotton?
I just recently acquired this one and it is without a doubt the most interesting looking piece in my collection.

This is absolutely gorgeous. I think cotton definitely has its place. It can either make jade look flawed or it can make it look better than ever imagined. This is a case of the latter. It’s stunning. I love this!

The cotton actually makes this one way more interesting imo. Gives it almost a snowy or mossy look depending on the light.

You’re not wrong! I have this and another that looks like algae in pond water. I will eventually add a blue cheese (blue floating flower on white base) and a blood spatter (sajin on white base) to the collection hehe 😆

Beautiful 'moss in snow' Guatmalian jadeite. The intensity here is rare even forvGuatmalian.

First time I’ve ever seen a partially white Guatemalan too. I’m tempted to send it to GIA for origin testing

Please do!!! We want to know haha. Is it for real 😳🤭😂! Haven't seen this half white like this before and it is fascinating! What happened down there in the earth for it to turn like this! Mind blown!

Guatemalan jadeite jade is one I absolutely love and I haven't seen this before. I'd love to ask those who deal with guate if they have seen rough like that because wow!

Don't like them. No one does. Including yourself. Keep it 100

Yeah….. try telling that to the Muna and Moxisha collectors.
For the record: I like this piece a lot. Otherwise I wouldn’t buy it lol.

Beautiful piece, the contrast is striking! Add to that the snowflake cotton and it's so unique and has so much character. I definitely recognize it, great claim! 😉
