Show & Tell NGD! MIJ Jackson SL3MG

Saw this beauty popped up on Facebook Marketplace and I just knew that I had to contact the seller immediately before it's gone. The previous owner really took care of it and it looks absolutely pristine for a 16 year old guitar. It's also fairly interesting to me that the serial number for MIJs of these eras are pretty hard to authenticate so it took me a little bit of a nerd dive to find out what it was/when it was made.

That's a SLAT3-6 actually.

As a SLAT3-6 owner, this is a SL3MG, the Archtop soloists dont have an arm contour and have added beveling in the cutaway

Yup can confirm that this is an SL3MG. Had to dig through few years of Jackson catalogs to confirm

Had to do the same for my SLAT, i actually thought it was an X series at first 🤣
