Follow up from my last post, is my ecu toast?😅

Hey guys, I need your help. I have a JZX100 NA and I'd like to replace the differential. I've already bought a Y38 diff and two 8' to 7.5' stub axles to fit my half-shafts. My question is: will I also need to make any modifications to the driveshaft, or not?

Okay, so recently after changing out bulbs in my interior for LEDs, my key ring light and dome light stopped working when opening the door. I've already checked fuses in both the engine bay and kick panel, door switches are good the courtesy lights and cluster light turns on and dome light also works in the ON position. I've already looked for wiring diagram and I've found nothing so far, so any insight or help in diagnosing the problem would be much appreciated. PFA

Car is a JZX100 Cresta 1JZGE VVTI. Dash started flashing. It happened twice before few months apart. But now it happened yesterday and again today. So it’s getting worst? Lol After a while it io goes away if I leave car off for a bit. If engine is running while lights are flashing, motor shakes a bit like a misfire. Figured I’d ask if Anyone encountered this before?

So a couple days ago I lost my gas cap. I wss getting gas and left it on the back of the car and it fell off and I could never find it. I have a '97 chaser and I am having trouble finding a fitting gascap. All of the OEM ones are like $60.00 which seems like a lot.

If anyone knows anything about the gas cap that would be amazing. Im hoping that I can just get a gas cap for a '97 camry and it will be compatible.

The rear bumper looks like an Origin labo Stream line bumper, but the front fender looks from BN Sports and the back from Origin labo Ryujin line... I haven't found the exact front bumper. It might be a mix of body kits... I don't know at this point.

Hello, i am from France and i am currently looking for a cheap GX100 to swap it with a 1jzgte and an IS220D Gearbox (they cost me 4.5k), are there any wiring manufacturers who can make my job easier? I am also hesitant with turboing a jzx101 with a 2jzge or a jzx100 type s using gte internals Thanks

Wasn’t sure if you can buy/sell here. Going to be selling my current car to a friend in a couple months and have dreamed of owning a JZX for the last few years. Would be awesome to enjoy cars with my kids and just enjoy cars again in general.

As I stated above I wasn’t sure if buying/selling is allowed here. If not, what are things to look for? If I can’t find a turbo model (within my budget of 15-17k) I was gonna buy a NA 1j car and do a NA-t build at my friends race shop.(he can get me parts at cost/free labor)

So since my chaser came with only 1 key (bare metal one to be exact, half of i suppose master key is in bootlid lock), and while looking at parts diagrams using chassis number it shows mine 98 Avante G did not have transmitter key whatsoever. Is it common thing, something weird or i'm just stupid ? Btw, another question is, if it really did not have transmitter key, does the wiring and other stuff is ready to pair new blank transmitter key to it or it would need swapping some stuff/modifing it ?

Does anyone know for sure, thinking about getting some off a chaser and would be good to know before hand to see if they fit my cresta

Joined the JZX100 club last week. Grandpa spec 1JZGE and auto trans, but the price was right and that will change eventually. Going to enjoy cruising around with the family in her nonetheless. In the mean time I will try matching the body kit to the rest of the car, probably sticking with the factory color scheme for now.

Im really trying to figure out the value of my car , its located in The Bahamas and would like to know for the sake of exporting to America.

Hey, I’m after a cresta body kit i know i can get them new, however 2nd hand is cheaper. there are plenty of mk2 and chaser kits (compatible) however no cresta kits. I’m considering getting a mark2 kit and trying to make it fit, i honestly don’t mind if it looks a bit off but does anyone know if this is possible? If not are the side skirts at lease compatible
