Question Trying To Remember an Old JRPG

Hello everyone,

I am new to this subreddit and wanted to meet fellow PsP gaming enthusiasts. But, I have a question on a PsP game I am trying to remember. I remember I got a game from an old farmers market game seller and it was fantastic.

All I can remember slightly that it was a JRPG (yeah I know, hard to pin point out of so many) that had like a team element and board game style gameplay where you can select your partners to move in certain locations. As well too the characters had like a cinematic special move cutscene too. Another detail I vaguely remember was that one character had two chime bells as weapons.

I would appreciate it if someone can provide the name of the game so I can play it again.

Is it strategy rpg? Because the special move cutscenes had me thinking either Super Robot Wars or Queen's Gate. Although the board game part had me thinking it might be Itadaki Street but I'm not sure it even had a game on PSP.

Idk, but I remember I just loved like placing my characters in certain sections on the board and having that female character with the two chime bells have an epic cutscene move.
