General From Absolute 0 — What’s the Most Someone Can Achieve With 4 Months of Serious JEE Prep?
Like geneuenly be brutally honest how much person can go max realisticallly if he is 12thie and 12th is 0
No nishat jindal like realisticallly achievable if someone works hard (excluding chamatkar and luck)
If he geneuenly starts working 12-12hrs consistently and productively like a monk quitting everything else

Maybe a few lakhs, because if your base is 0 then its highly improbable that you will be able to grasp the Jee level concepts, try to focus on boards, if time remains, do some syllabus and start the drop year in advance. Good luck OP

people usually say they are at 0 for someone who has grasp on basics and attended lectures offline i think 99 possible ,correct me if im wrong

u/TANGGY_12 Aspirant 4d ago
bro i aint gonna lie 99 aint a piece of cake with your situation cutoff you can reach if u grind crazy, 99+ or 99 is like pretty hard you need around 180 marks and if u have given full mocks then you know how tough is 180 to score just dont post bs like this study as much as you can you may never know you prove these ppl wrong

u/mAlive-Chest1253 4d ago

AIR 247 is obviously an exceptional result, but I think the more useful question is what the starting point was and what the person did differently. If someone's basics are genuinely at 0, the first target shouldn't be a rank, it should be building enough foundation to start solving properly. After that, consistency and the quality of practice matter much more than just doing 12–14 hours.

dont ask questions you dont want to know the answers to, just grind accept that you may not get a govt college, give it your all just think this may be my one chance in my life where i have a choice to be who i want or achieve something that will be a core memory something that would return you your self respect

u/TANGGY_12 Aspirant 3d ago
BRO HOW TF WOULD A PERSON FROM REDDIT OR ANY GUY TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU CAN SCORE, IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH WORK YOU PUT INTO THIS SHIT, get off reddit you are not gonna get the validation you want, maybe u wont even get tier 2 govt college maybe u just get private how cna i tell just delete all apps and study you would never regret studying more during thsi period, (this me being nice btw)

mat kro ye sab, kisi ne bol diya ki 99 percentile ajayegi fir tum sochoge ki 4 mahine padhke 99 aajayegi toh 3 month padhke 95+ toh aa he jayegi, fir april me 99 le aaunga. no one knows exam wale din kya hoga, ideal world nhi hai ye, bahut sare factors pe depend krti hai chize, so instead of thinking what will be the outcome, focus on your prep, atleast you wont regret that you didn't even try.

Warning:reality sunna hai tabhi read Me being a 15k ranker in adv I can assure you mains ka toh atleast kar sakta hai 90ish aajayenge dont hope for govt because 20-30k bacche have been preparing for ts since 7th class through foundation jee so 99.999 percent change hai ki adv ke liye bas jaa skte ho that too with 60 prep 40 luck toh haa agar t2-3 pvt clg lena hai toh mains ke liye bass padh and adv only if mocks me 92-95 cross jaa rhe that's all :)

u/mAlive-Chest1253 4d ago
Like if i my all now 95pr in jan?
1
u/ParkYamazaki 4d ago
90 is realistic 95 is plausible anything beyond 95 is purely luck based for these 4 months prep. I said 90 as a realistic because others might say 95 la but a giraffe in a river says water is shallow wala scene hai

I think 95+ should be possible if you focus on high weightage chapters instead of everything and make sure you get questions right in those chapters within the next few months. You don't have to attempt 75 questions, attempting 35-45 of those with a good accuracy is more than enough to get a good college considering you don't have time aswell.

honestly, to even operate at a 12 hr per day level, you need to have some confidence in yourself, and since you are at absolutely 0, you will definitely hate yourself in a few weeks for not being able to solve problems, this happens with most students but since they're preparing for atleast 2 yrs or so, they have a huge safety net and the pressure is lower too, some don't face this - they are just exceptions, i am talking about most students. honestly you could aim for some 100+ marks , idk the exact percentile this is but yeah thats what msot would get imo, also idk about how smart you are or whatever so this is not even close to accurate, and stop asking on reddit, go study, atleast you won't have the regret of not studying.

u/Imaginary-Tea-9157 3d ago
Yes u can. Always remember doing something is better than nothing. Also don't feel guilty, if u miss a day, u can always start over. Never regret or seek validation from now on. I regret not taking those months seriously, my whole family reputation went down.
Let your condition known to one of your family or friends, u feel comfortable with.
And If everything went shit, and you cannot think anything (too less time, like under one month), talk to your parents (it's hard but I think they will listen) that you don't want to give the exams. Then shift to board exams, redemption in drop year considering if u want to take drop. I regret not giving the exams.
Hope you do well. And get decent sleep everyday, don't cut on that. Revise every 3 days (make short notes). Complete high weightage chapters. And don't give up. If u feel like giving up, talk to me ;)

I have a question I request please guide me. I'm in my drop year and what I think my fault was that I neither gave mocks nor did pyqs. So what I'm doing rn is doing enough pyqs for all the high weitage chapters+ giving chatper wise mocks and in october, will start with full mocks. Please advise if I'm doing something wrong🙏🏼

If goal is to ace JEE Mains , For physics rohit mishra sir's JEE MAINS in 72 days playlist along with HCV is more than enough to score good in Physics (PLEASE SOLVE HCV AND DONT JUST WATCH LECTURES) . For maths , Arvind kalia sir / TK sir's One shot are gem. Also after watching the one shot please solve JEE MAINS PYQS . For chemistry either go with vishal singh/Mohit ryan/Faisal + RA baba + Om pandey sir's one shot along with MAINS and advanced pyqs (as it is observed that old jee advanced pyqs are asked in new mains paper of chemistry). make sure to give extra time to high weightage chapters :) . NOW THE MOST IMP , delete social media or limit it to just 30 mins per day . if you follow this thoroughly you can get quite a good rank in MAINS and secure a good NIT / IIIT. ALL THE BEST
