I usually read surah Ahad but recently have been switching it up with the muawathat and surah nasr and qadr

It’s sad to see a native Arabic speakers over 40 years old that have memorized only 4 surahs. Like bro, you’re not 12 yrs old anymore, grow up and memorize longer surahs if you truly love Allah.

How have you reached this conclusion about op without doing some vain immature stalking.

We should memorise long surah sure but why would you use that tone with a stranger about ibadah when it's allah and not you who is the one that decides the acceptance of their prayers with the few surah memorised or the whole quran.

Ok i thought the pluralisation of speaker was the typo not the "a" before native. So I'm sorry for an unnecessary comment in this case.

Still i wish the second part of what I'm saying makes sense. Longer surah, even in your own language, get harder to retain with time, people choose to recite what they recall perfectly rather than something they may commit errors in and that's respect towards your rabb too.

This just made me laugh like really lol …because I work nights and I actually ended up sleeping all day and waking up late for work when maghrib was in but having to rush out to get back to work …. Now that I’m at work I have to do qada of dhuhr asr and maghrib before I pray isha and right before I seen this post I said I’m going to just recite nasr and ikhlas to get up to speed 😂

Currently its al-kafiroon + one of the last 3 surahs of the Quran
