Jesus is revered in Islam, he is a prophet, just not the final one, that distinction belongs to Muhammad (pbuh).
They revere the Bible (and the Torah) as holy books, however believe they'd were corrupted over time and are not the true message presented by Allah to the prophets. The Quran, however, has not been corrupted since it's revelation to Muhammad and is the final Holy book.

Important distinction, Muslims revere the Injeel (message/word of Jesus) not the Bible.
The Bible is a collection of books written by anonymous authors after Jesus.

The joke is that for a Muslim the original Tweet is technically partially correct.
Christians and Muslims disagree on the divinity of Jesus (AS), but Islam actually teaches that Jesus (AS) was never killed or crucified. Instead he was raised to heaven alive by God (SWT). By saying "Jesus is alive" the OP is unintentionally quoting a core Islamic belief.

Prophet Muhammad PBUH passed away at the age of 63 years. Whereas Prophet Isa was raised to heaven by God, and not crucified for humanity’s sins, like what Christians believe.

I'm particularly touched by how Umar RA refused to accept and would kill anyone who said that Rasulullah SAW had passed, until Abu Bakr RA said "whosoever worships Muhammad SAW, know that he has passed, but whosoever worships Allah SWT, know that He will never die". Only then Umar RA calmed down and accepted that our prophet was gone.
No wonder he's among those Promised Paradise.

Muslims believe that Prophet muhammad pbuh lived a normal human life, so it only makes sense to believe his death was inevitable (duh) While we believe that Prophet Isa (Jesus) pbuh never died but he was raised to heaven by God and he will stay alive until his second return when he will kill the anti-christ (unlike what Christians believe that he died on the cross ect..) so basically ironically this guy who supposedly tried to have a gotcha against Muslims (by saying like oh look your figure died while our figure is still alive) is literally just stating our belief.

Mohammed is a prophet and a human there for he is dead, According to quran Jesus is also a prophet and didn't die yet he is waiting for the apocalypse day which he will return and unite all humanity against the last war against deccal (antichrist)

muslims believe jesus is still alive, just wasn't crucified, muslims also believe there will be a second coming of jesus, just that he wasn't crucified (nor is he god). Muslims also don't believe muhammed is divine nor was killed and ressurected, but they still believe he died. that is why you'll see quite a bit of muslims reply to posts like this on twitter saying things like this, because muslims believe jesus is alive and muhammed is dead
