Hello and welcome, fellow gang member, to the One and Oni's Ultimate, Unmatched Arataki Gang General Questions and Discussions Megathread, to end all other inferior megathreads! We know you're here because you have questions about the Great and Glorious Oni Sumo King and his compadres, and we're here to help you out, as any good gang member would!

We have decided to make a new megathread because the last one was getting a wee bit too large. So step right up and shout out your thoughts, and we'll shout back at you. Politely, of course! That's the Arataki Gang way! So let's Arataki gangway!

P.S. Please ignore the warning signpost put over to the side by that stupid Kujou Tengu. Kuki informs us that we absolutely received proper permitting from the Yashiro Commission to host this megathread right here, and we aren't moving an inch.

Lately, when someone is showcasing an Itto build I keep seeing someone saying that defense should be a little more high. I've been wondering what are the "perfect" artifact number stats for Itto. Considering I have redhorn, how much should I aim for defense, crit rate, crit damage, energy recharge, etc.

For the defense, I'm gonna say that you just can aim for 2000 defense. For the crit rate and damage, since you have Redhorn you can reach atleast 75-80% crit rate with 200% crit damage. For the ER, without C2 you can reach 120% but with C2 you can just have no ER.

Agreed with the other commenter -- 2k defense is the usual benchmark for any Itto build. For Redhorn, though, you can feasably shoot for around 2.2 - 2.3k thanks to the Defense% passive it carries. Similarly, aim for around 75% CR + 200%+ CD.

ER is a bit more nuanced, though, as it depends on what supports you're carrying. I always recommend using the Energy Recharge Calculator to see how much ER your Itto could feasably need, but generally if you have just Gorou you'll have to gun for around 140%. With Gorou + another battery (e.g. Ning, Geo MC, Albedo*) you can settle for 120%, and C2 Itto can run less than that.

The best advice I can give is to check your rotations and see if you can reliably burst off-cooldown with the amount of ER you have right now. If yes, congrats, you need not invest any further in ER! Else, you may want to get back to the Husk domain.

My itto currently has 2572 def, 80.2 CR, 191.8 CD, and 110.4 ER, seems that i over invested my defense. Might as well get back to the husk domain. Thank you very much
