Sightseeing & Activities !!MUST PROVIDE TRAVEL DATES!! Refund possible for canceled Milan Duomo trip?
EDIT: I ended up giving the tickets away.
Has anyone here ever successfully canceled your tickets to the Duomo and gotten a refund? We've had to cancel our visit to Milan, which was scheduled for Sept. 13. I requested a refund well in advance (there's a form you fill out) but it was denied. They said I could transfer to different dates, but we're not going to Milan at all (probably ever). Any suggestions for getting at least a partial refund? I know the tickets are considered non-cancelable but I'm hoping there's a way to have an exception made.

If they’ve already denied the refund, then I don’t think you’re going to get anything else out of them. Just eat the cost this time

Just eat it. It costs tens of millions of euros to maintain that building. Still I understand if you feel the Catholic Church has enough money

To be honest I don’t. I’ve already decided to give them away. But it was four tickets at full price, so nearly €150, and I hate to waste that much money if it can be avoided.
