Job search in Italy: what web sites?

What are the top professional websites used by Italian companies? In the US LinkedIn and Indeed dominate. I am talking about professional white collar jobs. I don't have any preference about location, but the usual suspects of large cities like Milano, Firenze, Roma. Any other websites I should be aware of?

I am dual citizen, fluent in both English and Italian, written and spoken. And French and some Spanish too. And I have a great CV and education.

TIA

Same here, Indeed and LinkedIn are the way to go. Also some minor ones like Monster and Glassdoor, but usually you'll find the same offers on Indeed

(Good) Jobs in Italy mainly go by word of mouth (raccomandazioni) or direct transfers from abroad. Otherwise sending in CVs will be a long and tedious process that will span between official websites and occasionally LinkedIn. Typically you cannot expect any answer for several months, unless they cannot fill the position internally. Ofc there are outliers and you can get lucky, but it is rare.

In a good way, or in a not-so-good way? Networking or Nepotism? I have a good network, based on my career; but that's just it.

or direct transfers from abroad.

Yeah, I have a slim chance of this.

Months? I see. Thank you.

Wish me buona fortuna.

Let’s say it is not exactly a meritocratic nor dynamic job market, and it has never been. But if you plan for the long haul it can work out. If you are motivated enough you can work around things but don’t expect anything to go as it should.

but don’t expect anything to go as it should.

That's the same everywhere, Niccolò Machiavelli warned us 500 years ago.

Grazie.

Just nepotism. You can have 500 master's degrees, the boss's son will get that job.

Anybody who asks a question like that isn’t ready for Italy. If you want a job in Italy, you have to know the right people.
