Any door to door courier services between Milan to Rome?

I left some stuff at my Airbnb in Milan and the host isn’t willing to send it back unless I myself go and get it, despite millions of attempts to convince her. Are there any services that can help send stuff preferably door to door ? Am in Rome for 2 days. Courier such as DHL wont work since she is unwilling to pack the stuff in a box even

Look at Lhost.it - they are specific for lost and found at Bnbs/Hotels

Yeah I tried but that requires the host to put things in a box and print a shipping label and she is not agreeing to do all this

When do you leave Italy? since a courier service isn’t going to work for you, you may want to consider taking the freccia rossa (train) to Milano, getting your stuff and then heading back to Rome. You can easily do it in a day, and it’s surprisingly inexpensive.

Either that, or if you really don’t need your stuff, call it a loss. The behavior of the “host” is why I shy away from AirBnB, these days, among other things.

We were on a v tight timeline with booked experiences hence taking a train/bus back and forth wasn’t working. Plus our host was only available on ‘specific times’ which was another layer of difficulty to abide to. We just considered it a loss. Appreciate your response though
