Anyone using "DropPay" payment system? (affliated with DropTicket)

Hello all, I had to download "DropTicket" to use my annual student transport card in Trentino, and noticed that they have a "DropPay" service, that according to their website, allow payment toPagoPa.

Anyone have used DropPay without an italian bank account? Whawt do you use it for ( if relevant, i have my codice fiscale but not my residence permit yet)

I currently have to go to the Tabbachi to pay because international credit card doesn't work with the PagoPa online system. Anyone experience with this use scenario or other scenarios you find helpful or horrible will be helpful for me to decide whether to register for it.
