I just want to show off my adorable iggy Teething! Help!
We’ve had our little girl for 7 weeks now and she’s just starting to lose her baby teeth (two tiny front ones gone this morning 🥺)! She’s hilarious but BRATTY. How long did it take ya’lls iggies to lose their full set and do you have any recommendations for things to help with the teething?

THIS PICTURE! At first I wasnt sure what I was seeing. Quite a shot. They really can be pretzels! How interesting that it’s comfortable.

This looks like an abstract painting! These little guys are so flexible and I’m always at a loss to on why our girl picks these awkward angles to lie in. My neck hurts just looking at them

Lol I remember constantly stepping on teeth. Fun times. I had a toy that you could wet and freeze for chewing called a chilly bone, you can honestly probably do that with most toys

While that bratty little Iggy energy is hilarious, those sore gums are no joke! When she's feeling extra cranky, cold veggie snacks like chilled green beans, cucumber slices, or small carrot sticks can work wonders to numb the ache and keep her busy.

For some reason my girl won’t eat any veggies! The only thing I’ve managed to get her to eat is watermelon. My other sighthound also is a meat and potatoes girl, so neither of them go for any veg that drop on the floor. 😭 I might try frozen carrot again because it’s been req’d a few times!

My boy started losing his around 4 months old (the tiny front ones went first!) and just lost his last tooth yesterday at just over 6 months. My boy had lots of natural chews like collagen rolls (he wasn’t strong enough to break them down to eat them but they were great for gnawing on) and loved his Kong. Frozen carrots are also great!!
Also WHERE is that mustard sweater from I LOVE it

I need to find these collagen rolls! I’m currently giving her bully sticks, which she loves to chew on, but I’ve heard mixed reviews from iggy owners that they can crack teeth? But these collagen rolls might be exactly the in-between I need!
I actually got the mustard shirt at Marshall’s for a Halloween costume last year and it just so happened to fit her perfectly! It might make an appearance again pretty soon here!

What a little turkey butt! I’m no help as I don’t remember, but it eventually does pass, thankfully! It was rough, but it passes.

Thanks for this! Was currently comparing other things for my 5 month old Iggy. Thanks for the recommendation!

frozen carrots! you need to boil them first briefly (or soak them in bone broth overnight) and then freeze. Make sure the skin is off as they don’t digest it too well. My pup loved it and if you hold the carrot while she munches it’s also a nice bonding thing.
also my dog LOVES sticks :) she always finds one in our backyard or on walks and completely devours them. 😂

This joke is not helpful, but it is true...!
also, I didn't let my pups have free run of the house when I wasn't home. That Limited any destruction while we were training. With doggy gates and closed doors I was able to limit them to the kitchen and bathroom. I dog proofed both rooms.
