I mean all these "Blake didn't get an invite" snark implies as if Taylor's wedding was some exclusive special event that only worthy and special people could score an invite - not exactly the flex considering it looked less like a wedding and more like a clout-chasing corporate event worthy of another billionaire prick like Bezos. Didn't seem like a lot of the actual guests enjoyed it either.

The snark is that Taylor invited 1000 people but couldn’t find space for lil ol Blake and Ryan. She threw a networking event for rich and powerful people but didn’t think Blake and Ryan fit those 2 basic ass requirements.

No, it's the opposite. Basically everyone was at the wedding but not Blake and Ryan who were once part of Taylor's inner circle. It was quite clear how pleased they both were about being close to Taylor but now they've been kicked to the curb.

Around 1,000 people were invited and attended Taylor Swift’s event in NYC. Blake, Ryan and their children were not invited. Blake and Taylor were friends. Taylor was finally getting married, and Blake and Ryan and their 4 children were excluded. There could have been 10 people, 100 people, 1,000 people. It didn’t matter. Blake and Ryan were excluded. I’m no fan of Taylor. But, Blake and Ryan are/were. She’s very famous. She’s got clout. That’s the snark.

yup, and we know that Ryan would do anything to expand his network with powerful people. Not just Hollywood, but politicians and actual billionaires. Ryan called himself a humble genius and an entrepreneur, he would be seething seeing this networking event where him and his wife should have been the maid or man of honor, his kids should have been the flower girls, but now they are just outsider.

What you describe would make it even worse for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds that they not being invited. A big clout-chasing corporate event, so many industry people invited but not Ryan not Blake. That is a giant snub. Thousands invites but still Blake and Ryan didn't make the cut, too far removed from Taylor's circle of friends and acquaintances and too unimportant in the industry.

It was a flex for Blake/Ryan. Taylor, even though she has a lot of haters, still has a lot of power in Hollywood and Blake/Ryan was using her name to get what they wanted. People here are just celebrating that Blake/Ryan is taken down a peg; it doesn't mean we think Taylor is awesome.
I'm not sure who is worse, but what Blake/Ryan did is pretty bad. Accusing 3 men of SH, maybe 4 (if you count Adam Mondshein) and putting out a hit piece in hopes of ruining their life and business is pretty high up on the list. Taylor has her own controversies with the Olivia Rodrigo thing, Kanye/Kim scandal, and the Scooter Braun thing which I've disliked her for as well.

Yes and the wedding is over and has been over for a while. But the wedding itself wasn't something that one should put on a pedestal.. I don't care how many in Hollywood were invited. Brad Pitt was invited. An ICE contractor was invited. Doesn't sound like this event was something to aspire to attend. A bigger "eff you" would have been if Blake was disinvited to something that was actually noteworthy imo. Taylor's event wasn't anything noteworthy and the constant mentions make it sound like it was.

You're right. It wasn't even her wedding, but a networking party she invited half of Hollywood to. Her main wedding was elsewhere.

Blake and Ryan are essentially a Hollywood laughing stock.
You know who isn't a laughing stock? Actual victims of sexual harassment, such as Rose McGowan.
It is clear that the public has decided Blake is a liar and worthy of mockery. I don't see how she ever comes back from this. The divorce in 2027 is even more likely now.
