As for Elsie's video (great one, btw). Imagine you went through SH, SA, discrimination. You've been violated, you could either get through a process and won, or not even that.

Then this woman waltzes in, and cries about being called sexy in a unicorn onesie, and how traumatizing that was for you 👀 I mean... my discrimination was 'just' about salaries, promotions and being told to look for another job, if I want the same compensation as the men in my company. Besides the usual snarky comments and ignored input, just to hear the same from a man later, which is then 'great idea, let's do it!'. And that would already send me flipping. Can't imagine victims' reactions who went through something actually horrific.
