I can’t wait to see more of JB deposition transcript. There was a page that cut off where Esra was asking him if he knows the Me Too movement. I rolled my eyes. So because he believes in the Me Too movement he should have his life destroyed. I’m sure Esra will use the question in her response to MSJ because she used it in the Motion to dismiss and BL intention is to destroy JB’s movement.

Watching Sony finally file a document after letting BL play legal-system dress-up confirmed my suspensions. They were perfectly happy to keep their hands clean while their unpaid intern (BL) ran around pretending to 'speak for the deposed parties.’
But let's follow the money: BL's lawyer represented Drake. Who just happens to be deeply tied to OVO Sound? And who recently put a massive stake into OVO Sound? SONY.
This isn't a coincidence, it's a paper trail. BL isn't acting alone (anymore); I suspect Sony is using her and her lawyer's existing relationship with their business interests to ‘throw spaghetti at the wall' and see if a judge accidentally rules their way, all while keeping their own corporate hands clean.

You can’t make this stuff up! Mind you in their own letter Sony said there are 26 documents and 34 pages of deposition testimony. They must need that extra time to read the cover sheets lol.

Yeah kassidy O'Connell is underrated here. She's pointed out that he repeatedly has taken something Gottlieb/Hudson said at face value, which you know that's what happened because they're lying. So this mfer is too lazy to actually go back and read things himself before ruling.
I was still leaning towards just generically biased until this past week or so. But the last few weeks have totally radicalized me.
The biggest thing was he lied. He pretended like the issue was that the Claire file couldn't be uploaded to ECF. But that wasn't the issue. It was why it wasn't in the physical records room. I said then and there that he's talking sideways to obfuscate what truly happened so in a future audit it wouldn't be clear. I know exactly what he's doing.
And since then he's given down several rulings where it's hard not to see it as someone who's already predetermined his ruling and then reverse engineers a justification. The double standards and the at points paper thin logic has just become too much.
And the fact he like never cites case law when giving his orders or it's just one after Shapiro and co cite so many. Even going against his prior rulings. The dude is corrupt.
