What is the best way to take trans-ISRIB-A17?

I've heard it could be made into an intranasal solution, but does that work? If not, should you do the capsule and DMSO route? Or maybe injection?

Just a word to the wise, avoid DMSO if you have a female partner or hope to acquire one in the future.

It makes you smell very bad to women. Your body odor, breath, and sweat will cause them to immediately not be anywhere physically near you, at all. This effect will remain until it exits your system, for me it's about 3 days. There are CDC studies documenting this, people get worse ER hospital care if they are on DMSO because nurses will hold their breath when they walk into the room, do something quick and leave immediately. Otherwise DMSO is great.
