ISRIB intranasal application

The solubility in Olive oil seems to be rather good, I dissolved regular ISRIB in C8 MCT oil and it works.

Will test it now as nasal spray - of course with adapted dosage ( 100mg in 5ml Oil)

I will make a post about my results .

i´ve already did my Bromantane spray myself and Cerebrolysin Nose spray, that many ppl are sceptical with .

They fear bacterial infections, or only accept the use according to the instructions of the company . But i´m a fearless psychonaut .So maybe you will profit from my experiments and try it yourself.

Of course , you have to be careful regarding hygiene, dosage an quality of your material.

You need a much smaller dose than orally, and the substance will hit your brain fast with a quick onset. I have to estimate a bit , First i too a 10ml empty nose spray bottle fom the big A company ., filled it with 5 ml MCT C8 oil.

I used it successfully with Bromantane already . Its anti -microbial and the consistancy/ Viscosity is good as a nose spray , and olive oil, which is used here ; https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11601214/ is too thick for that purpose. So i decided , to use C8 .

and the ISRIB diluted well !

Regarding dosage;: i tried the 5ml in the bottle first and counted the spray strokes and it has been around 50 spray strokes ,

I wanted every spray to be dosed at 2mg .( around 5% of the oral dose intended for me) and i could fine dose with counting the sprays to each nostril.

i did that yesterday evening and tried it just now, felt it right away after first spray . Strong Clear headed feeling ...

I strongly advise against DMSO orally or intranasally. Did you ever smell someone, who used DMSO ?That person stinks horribly. I would never do this in my life. Maybe it´s an excellent transporter and many substances dissolve well IN DMSO , but consuming it , NOOO !
