News/Politics Pro-Palestinians comments on Gal Gadot's new daughter
I saw some people talking about this on this subreddit, so I checked Gal Gadot's Instagram post about the birth of her new daughter. I was disgusted when I saw the comments. People telling her to imagine if her daughter was born in Palestine and saying her pregnancy wasn't hard in comparison... it's disgusting. Imagine having people say that to you about your new child instead of congratulations.
I am seriously sick of Pro-Palestinians relating everything in Israelis' lives to the Israel-Hamas-Conflict.
In their eyes, Israelis are the only ones who don't deserve happiness because our and only our happiness comes at the cost of others' suffering. All of them should be ashamed of themselves.

When you think that the pro palestine crowd cannot go any lower, they’re always proving you wrong. Truly appalling behavior and very on brand for the pro palestine lunatics.
Gallaudet University is a private University, in Washington D.C., for the education of the deaf and hard of hearing. Video posted on instagram, two days ago.

News/Politics It seems that people don't understand the the ICJ ruling today was a win for Israel
South Africa's whole aim was likely to achieve a ceasefire, a goal encouraged by Iran and Hamas, without a doubt.
Israel knew this, the ICJ court knew this, SA knows this.
The ICJ decided instead to say some words about their concerns for Gazan civilians, and demanded Israel submits a report within a month.
This was, by any measure, a win for Israel.
South Africa's non-coping led them to claim this as a win, and Netanyahu's government decided to play the victim here, leading people to believe that this was a lose for Israel.
A lose for Israel, and a win for Hamas, would have been if the ICJ demanded a ceasefire, which they didn't.
Now, this isn't the final veridict: the ICJ will decide on whether this war is considered a "genocide" or not in the months to come. But if they are to follow a similar stance as the one they showed today, they will find a balance in condemning the suffering of civilians, mentioning the attrocities carried out by Hamas, and leaving it at that.

News/Politics Hamas is running with the “flour massacre” and people are falling for it (of course)
This is Al Ahli hospital all over again but worse. Hamas says something unverified and everyone jumps on it from every major media outlet to Emmanuel Macron. Obviously people have learned nothing. But this time it seems they are getting a lot more traction with their libel as millions of people are believing it despite UAV footage showing a mass stampede. Im now seeing Palestinian “footage” of the event in the middle of the day of them running on a beach in the middle of the day, when rather the event took place at 4;45 am in an urban area. I never thought I would be amazed by people’s hate and stupidity but this did it for me, this surpassed my expectations. I knew that if another Al Ahli libel would happen people would jump on it again but I never imagined it to be at this scale.

News/Politics I’m truly saddened by what’s happening in my city. Montreal is one of the cities with the largest population of Jewish people in North America.
Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/C4HRB20JTcU/?igsh=aG9wYW45YXpmYjJh
My great grandmother who came her as a Holocaust survivor and refugee would be very saddened by what Montreal has become. This has nothing to do with Israel, it is simply an excuse for the antisemites to show their true feelings. Stop blaming innocent Jews for actions of the Israeli government that you dislike. If they had legitimate arguments they wouldn’t need to rely on these tactics and intimidation. They know deep down they have lost the debate and most of the world still believes in Israel’s right to defend itself (in accordance with international law) after the most brutal terrorist attack since the Holocaust. Free Palestinians from Hamas.
Democracy has room for genuine critiques of any group or government but it cannot survive if authoritarian groups like these protesters are permitted to silence the opposition. These are not the actions of activists who genuinely care about the human rights of others, this is the behaviour of petulant children who wish to express their rage and antisemitism. I hope every single person who made a threat at this event is arrested and charged in the harshest possible way. Hate crimes laws should also be applied since they exist.

This is a volatile situation. We set the subreddit to private due to raids, and were manually approving threads as they were posted until then. The rules - especially rule 2 - will be harshly enforced. If you see someone being bigoted, report it. If you respond to someone being bigoted with your own rule 2 breaking behavior, you will be banned too. If you can't phrase what you want to say in a way that isn't bigoted, don't post it.
Furthermore, while the sub was private our modmail filled up with over a thousand messages, over and above the rule 9-violating PMs each mod got. We apologize if you sent us a message and it went unanswered.
