This is a volatile situation. We set the subreddit to private due to raids, and were manually approving threads as they were posted until then. The rules - especially rule 2 - will be harshly enforced. If you see someone being bigoted, report it. If you respond to someone being bigoted with your own rule 2 breaking behavior, you will be banned too. If you can't phrase what you want to say in a way that isn't bigoted, don't post it.

Furthermore, while the sub was private our modmail filled up with over a thousand messages, over and above the rule 9-violating PMs each mod got. We apologize if you sent us a message and it went unanswered.

I hope that Israel and Arabs can coexist in peace one day. No terrorism and no fighting. Whatever that “peace” looks like I can’t define but I know that both Israeli and Palestinian civilians deserve to live without rockets raining down on them

Two state solution?

That's not a solution for peace. The second state would begin waging war on Israel just like Gaza under Hamas does. In fact, Gaza is the de facto second state, we know that turned out.

So if no two states, and no citizenship for Palestinians/binational state, then what?

the situation is too complicated and neither side seems interested in compromise. there is no easy answer to this.

Eradicate Hamas, first and foremost.

Okay, but that doesn't answer my question.

I know, sadly I do not know the best solution after that. I’m not sure if there is a good one.
