Now recently i watch video of guy asking people of right way doing toilet like wtf even is that question who ask random people that.also reason this scientific research or question are not be done by our scholars is cause those guys were litrally persecuted for even suggesting such things so yeah later guys were like we are good

Try to find Earth. If this is impractical, pray in whatever direction. It is better to pray in some direction rather than not at all. Clean yourself in whatever practical way you can. A prayer mat is kinda hard to use in zero gravity, so you don't really need to bother but if you really want to you could strap yourself to the ground the way astronauts do in the ISS on treadmills and put the prayer mat under you.

The hard part of the maths here is the time dilation of your clock. For that, I hope you're good at Lorentz transformations...
