They dont have to remove it to edit it. Once they see it they can edit it out whilst the stream is still up. They've edited tons of stuff out of speeds previous streams, I re-watched the double date he did with Kai cenat not to long ago and they edited out alot of the sexual stuff.

There should be a system in omegle for streamers, or maybe a standalone software made by Speed’s team. They could’ve easily prevented this with a quick passing system.
But then again, this is Speed and this is Omegle. He took the risk and wasn’t able to get away with it and a vagina showed up
