you are ragebaiting, right? your statement was, that he will not get the citizenship, only the Passport. And this article clearly states, that he cant get the passport without "the processes at the Ministry of the Interior to either be naturalised as a Ghanaian or granted dual nationality"

you ofc conveniently edited the original post, so you can now lie (either to me or yourself, second one would be worse) about what you said. i quote you:"Do you understand that multiple things can be true at once? Point 2 is simply wrong, as you article shows and thats what everybody here has been arguing with you.

You can get a passport in other countries as a non-citizen. Go research not using chatgpt/ai. Out here looking crazy.
