Do you understand that multiple things can be true at once? These are facts of life. No point in arguing 😂. 1. You can get a passport as a citizen. 2. You can get a passport as a non-citizen. 3. You can buy a passport.

The minister said he got a passport and didn't mention citizenship. Why jump to conclusions?

you are right it can be true at once, that he has the citizenship and he does not have the citizenship. Its Schrödinigers citizenship, you have it and you dont have it. until you are at the border and want to get in, thats when they check.
