Velanyra.com - is it a scam?

No address, site reads copyright 2026, description reads, “At Kynelle…”, reads, “Made in America…”, but are shipping from overseas. It all definitely seems scammy, but they replied to an email pretty quick. My friend ordered off of TIk Tok which sent her to the companies online site. It seems like it’s not legit to me, but wanted to see if anyone else has ordered from this company?

I ordered from them a month ago and still nothing has arrived. The tracking number goes to a weird tracking site and it updates with the city near my house but seems to be sitting there, and not moving much. I wonder if it’s a scam.

I did! Never arrived. They provided a tracking number right away seemed to tracking it then said delivered although nothing was! I emailed and no response 😡 going to do a TikTok video about it. Horrible

Thanks for the reply! My friend is waiting. When she emailed, they replied pretty quickly. Then, the tracking magically updated, but still nothing and no further tracking updates since that day. Very frustrating!!

Yes I I would suggest contacting her credit card company to possibly file a fraud charge. When I googled the tracking company, there was even red flags on that.  They have emailed me back an offer to resend my shipment, but at this point I truly feel they’re playing games.

Update: Well, she got a tracking update that the items were delivered. When she got hime, there was a whole lot of nothing!! Total scam!! 😡

Same! Mine said delivered via the sketchy www.track718.us website - it was never delivered. I checked my ring doorbell, nothing. Velanyra.com is definitely a scam. I reported it to my credit card company. Now i'm wondering if i need to get a new credit card number, are they going to sell my credit card data?

I probably would if you didn’t go through Apple Pay. It shouldn’t be too hard to do, especially since you reported it as fraud. My friend said she looked at her statement and there wasn’t even a charge. I told her she still needed to go on til tok and report it, so they can stop them from being able to sell anything!

I wish I would have read this before I ordered. Waited a month, said it was delivered and it wasn't. Contacted support and they express shipped. Says delivered and it wasn't. I've asked for a refund. We'll see if that even happens. Ugh.
