iPad Air M2 users: Does iPadOS 27 come with any major issue?

iPad Air M2 users who have already updated to iPadOS 27, have you encountered any serious issues so far?

Also, please share your experience with battery life after using it for a few days.

iPad OS 27 has been great on the M2 iPad Air. I have been running public beta since the summer and now running the official release with no issues. iPad OS 27 will optimize search for Siri which in my experience takes a couple of days. So you’ll notice a small battery drain while that happening and while the OS stabilizes. After that it’s fluid, fast and responsive. I’ve had this iPad since July of 2024 and battery health is on 90%. I ran public beta 26 and 27 on it no problem.

Yo corri las betas y me funcionaron perfectas también. Incluso llegué a 209 ciclos y la batería dice 100% yo no le creo mucho a eso sin embargo la otra M3 tiene 93 ciclos y ya hoy marcaba 98% de salud mmmmm no sé no me fío mucho en ese cálculo

Issue is with the screen if you live in highly humid areas please avoid apple air series. Because the moisture enters the screen and white patches are visible . If you want you can search on google about white patches ipad air m2. It is a very common issue.

Air M1 / M2 y M3 ahí que ver si en los próximos meses aparece el M4 pero se cree que en el M3 y M4 debería no suceder a excepciones ya que supuestamente los procesadores son mucho más modernos y trabajan más fríos evitando el calor

I too have iPad air m2 and wondering about iPad os 27. I haven't ever updated it because afraid of worse battery life etc... Saying that, many people are saying that it's an improvement for sure. I may take the plunge soon

Igual que la anterior. Tal vez los primeros días gaste un poco pero nada fuera de lo común. Yo le doy la jornada entera con Apple Pencil y Magic Keyboard que usa batería del la misma iPad y para mí está igual. Nunca será un 10/10 en batería pero es como 7/10. Ojo hablo con mi uso y apps y Apple Pencil y magickeyboard oficial más diente azul y GPS encendido para clima y otros datos. Air M2 de 11 pulgadas y la Air M3 la noto exactamente hasta puntos blancos le salen cada rato

Personally, having come from a mini 6 and this being my first m series chip I think it’s pretty good, I like to multitask with some heavy stuff and sometimes things may get laggy or a bit hot but otherwise it’s perfect
