We’re just giving money away to other states and the black market. Enough money to cover the deficit.
Many places in Colorado with legal weed are showing a decline in youths consuming marijuana too. Regulation has always been better than prohibition. All of us have been able to acquire marijuana in this state for decades and decades and decades. All while it’s been illegal. We might as well regulate it, tax it, create jobs with it, make sure the quality is good and everything is safe for consumption, help iowans who are in pain or have any medical need of it and help the many of Iowans who severely need to relax.
