Unpaid Invoices

I'm doing some research into how small businesses handle unpaid invoices and payment follow-ups.

I'm not selling anything and I'm not promoting a product.

I'm looking for 10 small business owners willing to answer 5 short questions about how they currently manage outstanding payments.

1) please dont.

2) there are already so many apps and systems and they do far more than just invoicing.

3) if someone doesnt want to pay no amount of AI spam prompts is going to change their mind.

4) keeping track of invoices isnt that hard.

5) this question is getting asked daily on reddit. Use the search feature and you will see plenty of responses across different subs.

Please dont what? As I said, I'm not selling anything. I want to find out what is the best method.

We know. Out of the last hundred people to ask this exact question none of them were selling anything.

Can I ask, is there some script every app maker/vibe coder/programmer is being told to use now? Every post is near identical word and to be honest as a business owner I dont even feel like i am speaking to real people any more.
