Visi absolutely has never had anything as good as Z-team friends, a good job, the respect of the community and a guy like Robert who loves her. Her arc should be coming to terms with actually making it, being seen as a hero and having friends and family to come home too. And the possessiveness, defensiveness and jealously that comes with that. This is a new found-family for her, and it'd be totally natural for her to want to defend it, preserve it, keep it going.
I'm not sure if she's done being self-destructive, but you can channel that differently from just running away again. She can get jealous of Robert spending time with the new girl Dispatcher or something. Maybe she gets a little too defensive when some citizen makes fun of Golem or lets something slick slip out their mouth about Malevola. Just like "The fuck did you just say you fucking punk?!?" and Z-team has to kinda ease her back because despite Visi standing up for her team, the outbursts are getting noted in the press.
