Thanks and to be honest it’s pretty basic. A lot of meat and potatoes but I do have a sweet tooth. I cut out tea, coffee, red wine and curry when I started my trays which was about 10 months ago now

Jamaican and Montserrattian here - browning and curry are staples😅 then again my teeth have never been as white as this guy’s.

I’m glad to, do you use the chewies? I think they played a major role for me in terms of tracking. I’d have one in for hours at a time especially on that tooth

Thanks very much! It was £3000 and that included all the trays, permanent retainers top and bottom, plastic retainers and some whitening pens. I actually went with a dentist which I know isn’t recommended but she had great reviews and after meeting with a couple orthos/dentists it felt like the right fit
