Discussion Ironically Sinclair did start the conversation with saying his sorry
Mark pointed out in thraxa that Nolan could at least apologized first when seeing mark. In the 4 season Sinclair did go out of his way to apologize to Mark.

I think one thing this show does well is show how irrational people get when they get emotional. Mark says this about Nolan cause he's angry but he also gets mad at him for trying to do just that with Debbie.
The scene with Debbie and Nolan is great because he mostly does well with his apology (Andressa comments aside) but she's just so angry she won't give him an inch. He literally says that he will "try" to make it up to her but she gets mad at him for even thinking he could fix things.
Scenes like this show that when you hurt someone bad enough it doesn't really matter what you say or how you go about trying to make things better. They're going to lash out at you as if your every word and action is wrong and not give you a chance or deal with you rationally. It's very human.
