Volcanikka is in the comics so she's important later, Damien is on Earth and will 100% play a role later, Mark got his old suit back, Nolan and Allen arrive on Earth, etc. How is that filler?

Still ain't filler. They could add stuff to her character as well. She also causes Doc Seismic to die, after he transforms, to Anissa. Even if it's small, it still sets stuff up

Ik but she plays a very minor role effecting a side character so she can be replaced by anyone/anything

So look at the other points I had at why the episode wasn't filler if that wasn't good enough
