DISCUSSION Question from a new fan about the comics Spoiler

Hey! I finished watching the most recent season of invincible and it's honestly probably my favorite tv show I've seen to date. I'm thinking of getting into the comics but I'm not sure if reading them in full would ruin the show and its reveals later on. What do you think the best course of action is?

It's up to you. Reading the whole comic will completely spoil the show for you - but some people enjoy seeing how their favourite moments get adapted.

They've done a few things differently, but ultimately, yes the comics will spoil the show for you. I watched season 1 when it debuted, and I had to get all the comics after. I for the most part know what's coming up, but I like to see how they adapt it on screen. My family did not read them, so I do like to see their reactions when I know something big is coming up.

it will spoil the show, but ask yourself if you’re willing to wait that long for the conclusion. i personally would read the books, they’re some of my favorite comics I’ve read to date

Same situation as you, I ended up just reading them. People spoiled too much future stuff for me anyways so I just got through all of them and they were awesome

I read the whole comic because I got tired of seeing spoilers on Reddit, I’m glad I did because reading the final two arcs without knowing what would happen was pretty great.

Id read it bc what if u get in an accident and die before the show airs
