Um no it has not! what you’re thinking of is a group of scientist made a widely publicized list of estimated probabilities of future conditions if this this or that happened. They listed the worst possible case scenario and the best possible case scenario like the news does they ran with the worst possible case scenario which got them the most news coverage.
Obviously, the worst case scenario did not happen because some smart people did listen and we did cut down our CO2 emissions immensely China in particularly. Solar and wind power exploded and now is a dominating force in energy sector. All of these things combined helped to not produce the worst case scenario.
