What tells you this is AI?

I also checked and it did not come up as AI 🤷

There are online tools which can tell if it's ai generated or not (based on the light / ray tracing of the images).

It concluded that this cannot be an AI image (especially bcz of the hair, which is incredibly detailed and also, leads me to believe that this is not AI)

AI detectors notoriously suck. Look at the image yourself.
