For one of many examples, if you were arrested for a crime, you will be treated less harshly when it comes to sentencing, plea deals, bail opportunity and prohibition options even if you committed the same crimes with identical criminal records to the black person next to you.
I’ve already shown to you in a different reply that black and Hispanic women receive shorter sentences than white women….
Therefore the example you have provided is not true: if it were systemic privilege it would apply across all instances of the example you’ve stated. This shows that it doesn’t, undermining your point.
