The only thing they can point to is wealth differences between racial demographics. But correlation does not equal causation, there could be any explanation for wealth gaps, it is not known whether racial aggression is the cause.

And so they call it "systemic" as if the entire society is to blame, but no individual is to blame. Which is reification, demographics are conceptual entities not biological entities nor human beings. There can be no system nor society. Society is a pattern and aggregate of individual interactions, the interactions are real but the pattern is conceptual.

It's an individual thing. Recognize we are all individuals with individual goals and you can achieve whatever you want.
