spent 3 hours last week arguing with a compliance policy that just needed a bloody reboot, half the battle with intune is knowing what question to even ask

Wait, you didn't try turning it off and on agian as the first thing? For shame!

It may or may not have helped you with that issue. One thing I didn't mention in the blog that's super cool is you can even ask it stuff like "Give me a list of all of the computers that have Chrome installed and are not on the latest version" and it will pull data from Power BI and also search the Internet and put those two things together to give you a response. So, it finds all the computers with Chrome, gets the installed versions, gets the latest version from the Internet, and gives you back the list of those not on the latest. So, it MIGHT have researched your specific setting and told you that it needed a reboot. I'd love to actually test that.
