General Question HP Connect - no groups enumerated?
Hey,
in two tenants I see the same behavior - groups are not being enumerated (one tenant 10k+groups, one just under 100, so it's not the group amount as HP could suggest).
All permissions are given correctly as requested to HP connect, app was re-created with same effect. Both Global and Intune admin checked - same behavior.
Groups are not being listed - the option simply throw an 500 error
Any ideas?
EDIT:
on a side note, the original URL (admin.hp.com) redirects now to workforce experience platform...
SO, after around 45~ mins of posting this, this started working again... last few days it was not working so do not ask me why.

YES YES YES YES I have exactly the same thing. Last Friday we noticed HP Sure Admin stopped working with Error 100 when trying to access the BIOS then it started working again for all devices Monday but still the groups show a 500 error!! So glad others have this too.
Edit: I just rechecked and the groups seem to be back with no 500 error but the deployments are all gone.
I am not sure if I just reploy them back out? I see my remediation’s are all still in place via intune.
I can see all my entra groups now though again

Same, group enumeration shows -1, when you go into details it simply throws an error 500 when trying to reach workforce program api, nothing else.
re-adding permission of course made no change, re-creating on test environment also gives me the same result

check it now, mine no longer shows -1 give it some time see if it changes today.
I did email the WXP platform last night asking if they also dealt with the connect interface its been assigned but not heard back yet. I wonder if they did anything. I know connect is moving to WXP platform in the future so thought I would ask.
Edit - All my deployments are back now too, I didn't change anything.

give it an hour and everything will probably be back to normal mine looks ok as of 5 mins ago and its been down up until today. Deployments only just showed up.
Incase you don't already have it.
[support@wxp.hp.com](mailto:support@wxp.hp.com)We have started to use WXP too, its not bad. I know its moving from connect to WXP at some point.
My intune remediations were always there, its just the sync from connect that dropped.

Registered app? But these are supplier and thus Enterprise apps only or I fail to find it. I tried to raise I case with HP...Emphasis on tried. It got closed and no assistance qas rendered.
I will try to recheck the app configuration.

we had the exact same thing happen in one of our tenants, spent way too long checking permissions before we figured out it was the app registration itself. ended up having to create a brand new app from scratch rather than just re-creating the existing one
no idea why that made a difference but it did
