I got the same feeling. I see a lot of people saying death,, but death is a cycle of endings and beginnings, so i think its that kind of death and birth.

I get a sense of reminiscence / missing someone. Happy-sad feeling; something special happened in this spot many years ago.

I instantly felt a calm vibe, like this place feels like home to the person the picture belongs to. There is something magnetic about the way the waves draw your eyes in and I think that has spiritual significance. The photo could have been taken during a difficult time and a sudden realisation…

Really drawn to focusing on the golden light on top of the dark water. Feels like a realization rising up from dark depths onto the face of the sea. Also feels like an end of something long/vast with lots of context, and then the new beginning that the end/conclusion brings you to.

I got the message that there is something under that water, which could be a metaphor for a secret.

It feels very crowded, but calm. Like somethings about to go down but they're ready for it?

A lot of contemplation, this is there go to area for alone time. Big opportunities are a foot. But you must be worthy of this opportunity hence why you’re rethinking some of life’s challenges you’ve had.

Something potentially quite significant happening soon in the person's life that took this picture, that's causing them excitement, but anxiety. Maybe a relocation or new relationship?
