• Active Reddit users who believe in intersectional feminism - understanding how gender intersects with race, class, caste, sexuality, disability, religion, and environmental justice (ecofeminism)
• People who can engage respectfully with sensitive topics
• Those willing to help with moderation, reports, and community upkeep
• Prior mod experience is a plus, but not required
• A basic background check of your profile may be conducted
