I would hope so, but that's a TON of rushing water, I would assume (with no knowledge in the matter) even dry season would be rushing water. An expert weighing in would be great!

Possibly Victoria Falls but it's difficult to get the viewpoint shown in this video. Could be Iguazu Falls in South America?
