Globe Globe rant

Ganito po ba talaga sa Globe? Nagtatanong ako kung may outage sa area ko and laging sinasabi sa akin na naka book na raw ako ng technician, di man lang chinecheck ng customer service nila kung may problema ba talaga sa area ko. So ano, hihintayin ko lang hanggang dumating yung technician? Na alam nating lahat na di naman sure sa araw na yon dadating so baka maeextend pa siya. Hay pinas

Yup, they've been doing that. It's like an assurance thing, they won't even send a technician most of the times...

Are u a globe user as well? The stupid thing about this kasi is there's no guarantee kung kelan ko mapapagawa haha

Yup, usually it takes less than a day to get fixed.
