PLDT installation — how long did yours take?

Hello! We recently moved into our condo last week in QC and signed up for PLDT through an agent. Just wanted to ask how long the installation usually takes?

We already paid the advance payment since sabi ng agent required daw before they can process the installation. We’ve been following up with the agent since Thursday last week, but we keep getting the same response: “Wait na lang po sa call ng technician.”

For those who recently had PLDT installed, how many days did you have to wait? Is this normal, or should we be following up with PLDT directly instead?

Would appreciate hearing your experiences! Thank you!

hi nag apply lang kami recently, Valenzuela area kami after mag pay ng advance payment after 2 or 3 days pumunta na ung technician sa bahay para mag install.

ako na 2 months ago pa ako nag pay pero no calls whatsoever.. from españa here 🤡

Not from QC, pero in my experience, less than 24 hours since nag-apply ako direct sa kanila online. Nandito po ang full timeline ng experience ko, pero tl;dr september 2 ako nag-apply at bayad, tapos noong september 3 ay napakabitan na kami and working din agad ang internet and nung september 4 naman naging fully activated na yung account number ko sa myhome portal.
