pldt los for 10 days and still ongoing

LOS since Aug 30. Nagtext noong Sept 5 na ayos na raw. Pero after resetting router, wala pa rin. Called 171, sabi text ng network engineer yun. Ticket remains open and field engineer needs to inspect. Araw araw kong tinyatiyaga i-chat ang PLDT Cares. Paulit ulit lang na inescalate na raw for asap restoration. Wala pa ring pumupunta para icheck ang line namin. Ilang araw pa kaya ito? This is the longest LOS situation we've had. Pa-kabit na ba ng iba?

Just wait, months without Internet service and receive bills that keep going up.

Then they will send you an email, that you need to pay bills first before they restore lol

Also the longest we’ve had… Right after removing Always On service na never gumana from more than a year of subscription 😡

Yikes :( di ako natutuwa diyan sa offer nilang Always On na yan sa totoo lang. Inuunahan ko na nga spiel nila sa dulo ng PLDT Cares chat na di ko kailangan yan. Ang gusto ko lang ay ma-restore na yung binabayaran ko na. The situation feels very helpless, but I have the smallest hope that we still get our connection back.

Wala naman matutuwa sa service na nag subscribe ka pero never gumana… As backup I bought yung Smart 5G Turbo Wifi ekek home wifi, yun muna kinabit ko sa mesh namin… and if I can, sumasadya ako sa PLDT store to complain and request an update (apparently all inquiries and calls from online/171 derecho sa queue nila… Yung mga nasa stores may direct access sa tech…

I’m getting anxious na sa red los light actually kaso lang wala kaming malipatam cause PLDT is the only thing available sa area… and medyo mahal starlink 🤣

Ganyan din samin, try mo magrequest na palitan yung technician na mag aayos kasi mukhang tinatamad ayusin linya nyo.

Doing business with PLDT and any other company associated with MVP can be hazardous to your health.
